Youth cultures and their use of digital media. Ongoing research: an ethnography of subcultural forums and discussion groups. I focus on the forums of metalheads and alternative styles (punks, oye, ska) in Bulgarian language.

Digital memories of socialism. Digitized images or videos can be interpreted as first person narratives of the past. They could also be accompanied by such narratives, or present different ways of appropriating socialist legacy online or offline.
